Eethal Idhayam Arakattalai is the developer and operator of the Eethal Idhayam app. If you want your account or associated data deleted, use one of the options below.
1. Delete from the app
- Open the Eethal Idhayam app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Select Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at eethalithayamarakattalai@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. Please include your registered mobile number or email address so we can find the correct account.
3. What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we remove access to your account and delete or anonymize the personal data associated with it, including your profile details, uploaded photos, activity records and device push token. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, audit or accounting purposes, after which it is removed according to our retention policy.
